Sessions can be tailored to target specific problem areas to help alleviate tension effectively and comfortably or can be a more general relaxation style full-body massage. A blend of Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, myofascial release, and or cupping may be used and your feedback is relied upon for best results.

She finds joy in contributing to wellness and aiding in healing among her clients through the profound impact of touch and attentive listening. Aileen's journey with massage began in 2015 when she acquired her first table. Fascinated by the art of massage she found extreme fulfillment in sharing the gift. Proudly a graduate of the Colorado Springs School of Massage, she is committed to her mission of uplifting individuals, nurturing body, mind, and soul with each visit.
